Getting The Keypad when on a call on Samsung Tocco Lite

How do you get the keypad up when on a call on the Samsung Tocco Lite GTS5220?

When you are on a call and you need to use the keypad to press the numbers when asked to by an automated answer service, you should hold down the button on the right side of the phone.  It is the button that you use to turn the phone on off and to lock the phone.
